we are a small company out of state. looking for a BYD forklift i found one at integrity, sent them a message they called back right away he showed me pictures told me what had been done to the lift , when we were satisfied with the price and shipping we wired the money and they shipped it out they are very professional at what they do. will definitely buy from them again!

Reached out to my salesman on a FRIDAY for down equipment that I needed operational by MONDAY. A tall task I know but they were up for it. An intelligent and experienced tech was on site Saturday and made the repair with no issues. My sale rep was also transparent and upfront about pricing, which I appreciated.
